The response of history to the voice of prophecy. A verse-by-verse study of the Bible books of Daniel and The Revelation, first published as separate books in 1867 (Revelation) and 1873 (Daniel). Revised several times by the author before his death in 1903, with editorial additions in this text. The original book was almost 800 pages, this edition contains the complete text including footnotes. Indexes have been left out for brevity.

In 2010 I read the 1912 edition of Smith's book and asked my friend Bruce Thompson to put this edition into Kindle format which he did in 2012. It was Smith's book, Daniel and the Revelation, that inspired me to write my book: Jerusalem Caliphate and the Third Jihad. I simply took Smith's interpretation of Daniel 11:45 and applied it to the geopolitical landscape of the 21st century. It too is available in Kindle format or in paperback. Very good reading. Haven't finished reading it yet, but what I've gotten through so far was excellent. Because it was written at least half a century ago, the language is a bit old style, but that doesn't bother me at all. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in Bible prophecy.
Amazing explanation and interpretation on history compared to Bible prophecy. A must for any serious Bible student. Will recommend to anyone interested in prophecy topic.

Informative and spirit filled
Wonderful book explaining Daniel and Revelation practically. This book in addition to reading the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy is highly recommended.
It may save your life. If you want to know what prophecy is compared to history, this helps to bring the two together and helps you to understand what is coming.
This is really old book. I picked up the hard bound book in an antique store years ago. I couldn't believe it was available for . By way of a disclaimer, the author is a Seventh Day Adventist and I am not; so like any Bible study guide, you must weigh everything against the Scriptures. Overall, it gives an alternative view to the commonly held positions, and that's never a bad thing.
